Return & Exchange Policy Return Window
Products can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery if:
• The product is unopened and in original condition.
• There is a defect or damage.
• You received the wrong product.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, used cosmetics, skincare, or fragrances cannot be returned unless defective.
How to Request a Return
Contact our Customer Care team via WhatsApp or email with:
• Order number
• Photo/video of the issue
We will arrange pickup or exchange based on your location.
Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the same payment method. For COD, we will transfer the amount to your bank or digital wallet.
